British Eventing Support Trust

The British Eventing Support Trust is a charity founded in 2019 to support the mental and physical wellbeing of British Eventing riders who compete. Eventing is an inherently dangerous sport, and regardless of whether someone is injured while schooling their horses at home or competing at any level from BE80 to a five-star international event, the British Eventing Support Trust will help them get back on their feet and in the saddle. The charity also supports riders suffering from mental health challenges and has the support of everyone from top riders to well-known figures in equestrian sport.

Thimbleby Shooting Ground

Thimbleby Shooting Ground is located on the beautiful 3,000-acre Thimbleby Estate on the fringes of the North York Moors and offers clay shooting lessons, simulated game days, charity clay shooting days and corporate team building. There is also an air rifle range with gun hire available. The shooting ground is open to members and non-members to enjoy the wide variety of English sporting stands, while the clubhouse with a cafe, shop, gun room and meeting rooms offers comfortable and sociable spaces for people to relax, all enclosed in a stylish oak framed building.

Toggi is a leading British equestrian and country heritage brand which was founded in 1990 by a team of like-minded equestrian enthusiasts. The Toggi range includes clothing and footwear for men, women and children, with seasonal collections designed for time spent in and out of the saddle, on adventures or relaxing at home – but all with a commitment to quality, comfort, technical design and high-performance materials. Toggi has also
developed the GBR collection, and a percentage of sales from which go back to British Equestrian to help generate additional funds for all equestrian disciplines.

Etton Taylor

Etton Taylor is a British ladies’ fashion brand beloved for its classic designs elevated with a dash of countryside charm. Founded in 2019 by Jo Taylor, the brand delivers timeless style and sophistication in every garment, offering a curated collection of clothing and accessories. Etton Taylor’s garments, which include heritage tweed jackets, fur-trimmed scarves and cosy knitwear, elevate women’s outfits for any occasion, from a smart day at the races to lunches and drinks with friends.

Nattily Dressed

Nattily Dressed is home to a colourful range of Polartec® fleece gilets and quarter zips designed and made right here in the UK. Nattily clothing is perfect for people who love bright outerwear and want to fill their wardrobe with clothing that doesn’t destroy the environment – in fact, it’s helping keep plastic out of landfill. Around 20 recycled plastic bottles are used to create each adult gilet and 40 go into each quarter zip. Recycling AND fabulous fashion – what could be better? Beloved by riders, country dwellers and adventurers around the world, the ‘Natty Gilets’ have even caught the eye of broadcaster and journalist Clare Balding and been worn on national TV!

Equine Products UK

Equine Products UK manufactures horse supplements and tonics at its base in Newcastle Upon Tyne, selling them to riders, trainers and owners in Britain, Ireland and around the world, including some of the best known names in multiple equestrian disciplines. With a wide range of products Equine Products UK is committed to enhancing the wellbeing of horses and ponies of all types and ages, maximising the performance of sports and racehorses and making life easier for grooms and owners. The company is also the official UK distributor of TRM Pet, a leading manufacturer of nutritional feed supplements for dogs and cats.

FR Vincitore

British equestrian safety brand FR Vincitore was founded by Laurie Williams after she observed riders becoming entangled in the reins in the event of a fall. Laurie worked tirelessly to research and develop an innovative quick-release connector that ensures the reins release in a split second if they are snagged on anything – the horse’s legs, the rider or even a gatepost. Combined with premium English leather, the connector means riders can have both – style and safety – from their reins. 

Equithread

Equithread is a British equestrian workwear company based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire that supplies leading training yards, studs, riders and competition centres with high quality, affordable clothing and uniforms for staff members. The core range includes warm jackets and waterproof coats, vests and gilets, polo shirts, t-shirts and baseball caps with a minimum order quantity for branded goods with one logo of just six items. Equithread also personalises clothing and accessories from other manufactures and can adorn all its items with logos, yard or trainer names, sponsor logos, taglines and more.

Ginger & Jardine

Ginger & Jardine is a British country clothing business founded in Suffolk in and best known for its bamboo fabric country check roll necks. Founder Lynne Jardine wanted to create comfortable and stylish country clothing which was kind to the environment, and chose bamboo based fabrics as they offer so many fantastic qualities; they are super soft, antibacterial, moisture-wicking and sustainable. Now with a range including sleepwear, t-shirts, stock shirts, snoods and socks, Ginger & Jardine’s range is a firm fixture in many a country wardrobe.

Thorpe Farm

Thorpe Farm Rehabilitation and Fitness is a professional yard based near Great Smeaton in North Yorkshire which is owned by husband-and-wife and equestrian professionals Amy and Tommy Fife. Thorpe Farm offers services aimed at getting horses fit for competition and aiding their recovery from injury or illness, as well as rehabilitation and holiday livery. The onsite facilities include a 6-furlong Andrews Bowen gallop, a water treadmill, a Newmarket Equine Therapy salt chamber, a TheraPlate and a cross-country course designed and built by a BE-accredited partner.

The Top Shop, Osmotherley

The Top Shop is the beloved local grocery store in the picturesque North York Moors village of Osmotherley, just down the road from Kilchurn Marketing HQ. Serving local residents and tourists, the Top Shop sells a wide range of food and drink, including local meat, produce and vegetables and a superb shelf of wines and beers. Those on the hunt for a gift or a treat for their home will find plenty to tempt them, as The Top Shop is also home to locally produced beeswax and scented candles, stationery, spirits and more.  

Horse Bit Bank

The Horse Bit Bank boasts one of the widest selections of bit brands and styles in the UK and provides free, impartial advice to riders on the hunt for the perfect bit for their horse. What’s more, most of the bits are available for a 30– day trial ensuring riders can try a range of bit designs and mouthpiece styles with their horse before they commit to buy. The website is packed with helpful information and advice to make selecting from the hundreds of bits on offer as easy as possible.

Padma Holistics

Padma Holistics is a complementary therapy studio in Ripon, North Yorkshire which is run by Level 5-qualified reflexologist Samantha Smith. Reflexology uses pressure point techniques to stimulate a sequence of points on the feet and face and is based on the idea that our bodies are mapped out in these areas. People have reported relief from back pain, anxiety and stress, sleep disruption and digestive disorders after targeted reflexology sessions. Samantha uses the latest reflexology techniques to help boost her clients’ physical and mental wellbeing and is keen to share the wide ranging benefits of reflexology with women experiencing the symptoms of perimenopause and the menopause.

The Roxburgh

The Roxburgh is a destination restaurant located in Whitley Bay in North East England which is open on Friday and Saturday evenings to serve a finely-tuned tasting menu to just 18 covers, and the occasional Sunday for a supper club. The Roxburgh is the brainchild of chef Gary Hall who trained with the Jamie Oliver Fifteen scheme, cut his teeth at the Copthorne Hotel and Jesmond Dene House and cooked for a raft of household music names on tour. With a focus on sustainability, local produce and ‘field to fork’,
the Roxburgh delivers fine dining with a distinctly smooth, rock n’ roll vibe.

Melissa Chapman

Melissa is a Grand Prix dressage rider and former 4* event rider who heads up Team Chapman Equestrian, a professional sports horse operation near Richmond in North Yorkshire. Melissa has an exciting stable of horses currently competing up to PSG, and teaches a wide range of clients both in 1:1 lessons and as part of her popular training camps. Along with her superb team Melissa produces home bred sports horses for dressage, showjumping and eventing home and takes horses on sale and competition livery.
